Man United & Crystal Palace’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka
One transfer story which has been doing the rounds this summer has been Man United’s rumoured interest in Crystal Palace’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The 21-year-old right-back is under contract at Selhurst Park until 2022.
Last season was a breakthrough year for Wan-Bissaka. He played 35 times for Crystal Palace in the Premier League, contributing three assists.
As for Man United, they are searching for a new full-back following Antonio Valencia’s exit from the club.
Man United ready third Wan-Bissaka bid
According to ESPN, Manchester United are gearing up to offer Crystal Palace a third bid for Wan-Bissaka. Readers are told:
(Man) United have seen two bids for the defender… rejected because Palace are seeking more cash up front.
The two offers, according to sources, have centred around a structured payment plan and a series of add-on clauses to push the proposed deal close to Wan-Bissaka’s valuation of between £50 million and £60m.

Norwich’s Max Aarons is a plan B
Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has also suggested that Man United may end up missing out on Wan-Bissaka.
Should that happen, the Red Devils may turn attention to Norwich defender Max Aarons instead.
Max Aarons is a 19-year-old English defender who has risen through the youth system at Carrow Road.
Aarons is under contract with the newly-promoted Premier League side until 2023.
The teenager was voted the EFL Young Player of the Season in 2018-19.
He played 41 times for Norwich in the Championship last term, scoring twice and chipping in with six assists.
