Paul Pogba: Juventus vs Real Madrid
It’s not taken long for Paul Pogba’s Man United exit quotes to trigger transfer speculation.
While on a PR tour in Japan with Adidas, Pogba told reporters that he’s interested in exploring a new challenge.
🗣 – "I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else."

Pogba is coming off the best goalscoring season of his career.
He scored 13 goals in 35 Premier League matches at Man United, while also chipping in with nine assists.
Pogba scored 16 goals in all competitions for United in 2018-19.
And yet, the sense around Old Trafford is that few supporters would be crying if Pogba was sold for big money.
So where will Pogba go?
While Real Madrid have been linked to Pogba for weeks, Juventus are now also in the mix for the midfielder they sold to Man United in 2016.
Juventus ‘really’ want Pogba back
According to Goal.com’s Juventus correspondent Romeo Agresti, “Juventus are really trying for Paul Pogba.”
Plenty has changed in Turin since Pogba’s exit from the club.
After leaving Chelsea, Maurizio Sarri is now the new manager of the Bianconeri.
While Cristiano Ronaldo is firmly placed as the main man at Juve since his arrival from Real Madrid.

Man United ready to offer Pogba £500,000-a-week
The Daily Mail report on Tuesday that Manchester United are continuing to insist that Pogba’s not for sale.
Real Madrid and Juventus have an interest in him, but United are determined to keep their record signing next season unless they receive an offer well in excess of the £89million they paid Juve in 2016.
At the same time, Ed Woodward is ready to sanction a new contract offer to Pogba, and the figures involved are dizzying:
They are set to address the issue by offering Pogba a pay rise that will up his current £290,000-a-week pay to nearer the £500,000 being picked up by United’s top earner Alexis Sanchez.

Paul Pogba wants a “new challenge”
Well, I give him some:
1. Try to become a leader
2. Don’t just act as a World Champion outside the pitch. Do it on the pitch
3. Get Man UTD back amongst the best in England
4. Justify your current wage, before demanding more money— Jan Aage Fjortoft (@JanAageFjortoft) June 18, 2019
Pogba & Rom want out, Herrera gone, De Gea refusing to sign, Mata holding out, Sanchez needs moving on, but comfortably earning his 500k per week wage, Young, Smalling, Jones all need replacing, Matic's legs have gone, Rashford wants 300k per week and folk say stop being negative
